Education is not a luxury – it’s essential for everyone.
“Students have access to higher education and the opportunities to make a good living,” said the NSW Minister for Higher Education, Simon Corbell.
Students who don’t have a loan and don’t qualify for a loan will be able to access the tertiary education they need for their studies.
They will also be able access an affordable accommodation option in their community.
There are also opportunities for students who don the right education but aren’t qualified for the loan to be supported.
Education Minister Simon Corbel says students can access an accommodation option if they meet the financial eligibility criteria.
He says students who have a high-school diploma, university degree or GED can access a private room in their home if they qualify.
A student who has a high school diploma or university degree can access private accommodation in their town if they’re eligible.
Mr Corbell says there are also options for students without the right qualifications to access tertiary accommodation.
